After spending the weekend scouring a mountain of street style images, today, I’m highlighting eight easy trends I noticed popping all over the streets of London. While the street style scene can be incredibly theatrical (there were plenty of showstopping prints, froufrou skirts, sequins, and eye-catching adornments), we find ourselves drawn to the wearable and easy outfits we can actually use as styling inspiration for the months (if not years!) to come. I get it: There are a lot of fashion moments clamoring for your attention right now. For starters, it has the advantage of being the first fashion week on the calendar—preceding New York, London, Milan, and Paris—so the street style scene is a harbinger of what’s to come in the next fashion-filled month. This season, we again have Szymon Brzóska of The Style Stalker photographing the attendees in all their well-dressed glory.
