It made me wonder if there is a stereotype that these coaches have made to determine what a pitcher should look like. You are never too short nor too late to start something you enjoy. My daughter is 5’1 and weighs 105. She has been pitching for over a year now and made JV as the starting pitcher after not making the team the year before as a middle schooler. Instead of giving up, the very next day we took her to a batting cage,she worked hard for 6 days a week, every week for an entire year straight.
