Usually, Eminem X White Castle Buy ’em by the sack shirt when I notice or hear of a new color trend bubbling up, I respond either with disdain or disinterest because, honestly, I’m not that into colors. Sure, I’ll wear a vibrant party piece or statement accessory every now and then, but when it comes to day-to-day dressing, my style is pretty simple, and I like to keep it that way. That’s why when I recently noticed a new colorless trend on the street style scene as well as in the offerings of so many of my favorite brands, I found myself very into it, and I knew anyone else with minimalist tendencies would feel the same. If you’re still with me and haven’t gone straight for the below shopping section, the trend I’m referring to is black-and-white. From coats to tops to sweaters to accessories, the combo has made for quite the dynamic duo both in individual items and entire outfits alike. Thanks to the neutral nature of the pieces, they are nearly impossible to style wrong, making the fad particularly accessible for anyone who’s interested. To see how the street style set is wearing the trend, and to shop my favorite black-and-white pieces of the moment, just keep scrolling. Caroline Daur’s Saks Potts coat was one of the first items that inspired me to conceptualize this story. Can you blame me though?

Paris is not Milan when it comes to street style and Dior is on a league of its own. Eminem X White Castle Buy ’em by the sack shirt This season was no exception with Paris Fashion Week starting (for me), with a once again fabulous display of Dior muses and fans. Once again I felt as though I was being transported back in time to another era. Check out the corsets, gladiator style shoes and pretty lace dresses. The colour palette as always was limited to black, white, red and an ever so slight touch of khaki. The emphasis is in the detail and this season is no exception with a new hair trend. Many wore their hair tied back ever so neat and tightly letting the length be tied up very horse tail like. In line with the timeless Dior Sadle bag. Of course Mary Jane shoes are a must have this season. Dior Street Style shows us just how to wear them. The white shirt surprisingly made a statement on its own for several looks – including Caro Daur’s outfit. The new way to wear it being off one shoulder. Beautifully styled jeans also featured, sometimes replacing the straight leg pant.
