Flock and foil is a mixed-media effect that combines two treatments Its about madam time rosie riveter Kamala Harris Walz 2024 T-Shirt . Foil printing is a technique that we’ve seen increase in popular over the years, because it adds that extra glam to any design. Flocking creates a velvet effect that is soft to the touch. While at Eagle, we were able to see the two unique effects, combined with a simple plastisol screen print done on our Women’s Rolled Cuff Muscle Tee. The unique thing about about what Eagle offers is that they use the ROQ Eco machine to print all three of the effects in line on the same machine. The process begins with a foil adhesive. Then, once the foil is applied on the automated machine, the plastisol inks are added and then the two are flashed to make sure they adhere to the fabric. Then, it’s time for the flocking. Static electricity raises the flock fibers and then allows them to fall down through the screen, directly on top of the flock adhesive. Finally, the excess flock is vacuumed up, and you’re left with just our design that has a soft velvety feel. You can watch the full detailed process in our video! High Density is a thicker type of ink that can be layered on to create a dimensional effect. This treatment allows for clean edges and a high level of detail, which you can’t achieve from other ink, such as puff ink. You can get a variety of effects using HD ink. For instance, you can make it a thin layer, so it looks like faux stitching or even use multiple layers to elevate it to create a faux aplica look. You can even add texture or apply foils to it – it’s really versatile!

Good outside work T-shirt
Bought these for working in my yard. They are just the right size (XL) and length. On me, the hem is down to the bottom of the front pocket openings on my jeans and the fit is slightly loose, not figure hugging.
I’m not sure what the definition of “heavy” is supposed to be. These seem to feel slightly thicker than the Hanes or Fruit of the Loom multi-pack white T-shirts you can buy at your local supermarket, but you can still easily see through them when held up to a sunny window, for example.
I waited to do this review until one shirt was washed to record the amount of shrinkage and see how the texture changed. New, they are almost silky in feel. Very nice. Once washed, they lose that and become slightly rougher, like any other T-shirt. After one wash, as shown by the photo of washed over top of new, they have lost maybe 1″-1.5″ on length, but the width change was minimal and the fit is still a loose XL. The color faded slightly also.
It’s a T-shirt and it’ll meet my intended use, but I wouldn’t say they were “special”

Good for price. Bargain/novelty use, medium to medium/light weight.
Good for general or novelty use, but these are not heavy-weight like upper-end graphic tees. If you want good and heavy t-shirts for work, these are not it.
For embroidering, these do need more stabilizing than the white heavy-duty t-shirts you can get at a certain warehouse store, but I needed a good choice of colors. The colors are rich and the ones I’ve received have had no blotches and the seams have been solid. But I do check every shirt before I work on it.
These do begin to show wear/age after 5-6 washings, but if you just need smart-looking shirts for events like workshops and birthdays, these will do!
