I do weigh myself occasionally, but it’s starting to slow down now as the initial shock my body took from over eating and not exercising to reduced crap foods.

The for some stupid reason, last week I actually stood on the dreaded scales and had a meltdown irrationally cos the numbers were just “too big. Despite trying to talk myself out of it I was mega grumpy for days just stupid. Oh and no longer have the scales the were launched into the bin. I never knew that but I had always been told it was healthier to lose weight slowly. So many people getting angry at losing only a one in a week when they’re less likely to end up with things like saggy skin and an unsustainable diet in the longer term.

1 inch wide collar. Roughly 7 inch sleeves. Not slim fit or slim cut. The collars are close to my neck, the way they look when police or military personnel wear them. The sleeves come down to my elbows. This is how I like for my tshirts to be.
The cotton is a light, but sturdy material. The collars hold their shape well even if I sweat some or they get wet. I haven’t seen any shrinking. By the way, with tshirts, washing in cold or warm water and then drying on low heat is the best way to ensure one’s tshirts and cotton items don’t shrink. 👍

Kingteeshops is the best buy brand of 100% cotton work shirts we have found. Easy care, holds shape, quality construction, minimal shrinkage. Nice colors that don’t fade. Bonus is that cotton doesn’t get that horrible smell you find in polyester.

Nice shirts for casual wear. I can wear medium or large. Depending on who makes it. I bought the large and they are bigger than I thought. I ordered the medium on the next order. Still a nice shirt.
