Most bomber jackets are thick and have several linings, but ours is made with only one simple, nylon layer, meaning you can wear it all year round! Since nylon is a newer fabric to the blanks industry, we spent a long time perfecting the design and testing it to ensure it’s ready for all kinds of printing and embellishments. <span style="color: #555555; font-size: 14 I Might Look Line I'm Listning to You But IN my Head I'm Windsurfing Windsurfing T-Shirt .4px;”>Generally, the biggest concern when heat transfer on nylon is scorching and ruining the finish of the nylon fabric. And the magic number you most often have to keep in mind is 320 degrees. For most nylon products, you will want to keep your temperature below that number. But, as John points out in the video below, the quality of the kingteeshops bomber jacket is so high that it holds up well under that temperature using the Stahls products. With that said, please ensure you do your own testing to determine the best temperature that works with your machine and application. Another great feature of our bomber is that it’s single lined. This is really important for a variety of decorating techniques, but when it comes to heat printing, it’s great because it doesn’t slide around on the machine.
Screen Printing is the more flexible method as far as what can be printed on. Using Screen Printing, most fabric blends can have your design printed on them. This includes custom clothing and a variety of items as well, such as backpacks, canvas shopping bags, and most materials that can fit flat on the pallet that the screen goes on top of. Screen Printing is also the better option if your project requires printing on a dark material, as the plastisol inks used for this printing method show up well on dark fabric.

Good for price. Bargain/novelty use, medium to medium/light weight.
Good for general or novelty use, but these are not heavy-weight like upper-end graphic tees. If you want good and heavy t-shirts for work, these are not it.
For embroidering, these do need more stabilizing than the white heavy-duty t-shirts you can get at a certain warehouse store, but I needed a good choice of colors. The colors are rich and the ones I’ve received have had no blotches and the seams have been solid. But I do check every shirt before I work on it.
These do begin to show wear/age after 5-6 washings, but if you just need smart-looking shirts for events like workshops and birthdays, these will do!

Nice thick shirt
So I am someone who likes thicker t shirts and they seem to be harder and harder to find in stores since most shirts are becoming increasingly thin. These shirts are the perfect thickness! Thick enough to feel comfortable but not too thick to be stiff or hot. Highly recommend these!
