🛒 Orders

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, select your preferred size, color, and quantity, then click “Add to Cart” and follow the checkout process.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: We allow order changes or cancellations within 6 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already in production and cannot be modified.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email. You can also track it here using your order number.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide to most countries.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery times vary by location, but typically:

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Q: I didn’t receive my tracking number — what should I do?

A: Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a shirt you own and comparing it to our chart before ordering.

Q: Will the colors look exactly like the images online?
A: We strive for accuracy, but screen settings may cause slight color variations in the final product.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Since all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. However, we will gladly replace or refund any defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Q: What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?
A: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and send a photo of the issue. We’ll issue a replacement or refund.

Q: Do I need to return the damaged item?
A: No. We don’t require returns for defective or incorrect products — just send us proof via email.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping, but all packages are shipped with no pricing information included.
