Before going too much further Fuck woke shirt. it might be useful to clearly define what we mean by the term. Screen printing is a method of transferring ink to a surface to create a design. The ink is pushed through a mesh or stencil. The design is achieved by blocking selected areas of the stencil so that no liquid touches those sections of the material being printed. With screenprinting, only one colour can be applied at a time which means for a multi coloured image, we would require a screen for each colour in the design. Whilst the technique has developed over time, the basic process remains much as it was in the past.

Fuck woke shirt, hoodie, sweater, longsleeve and ladies t-shirt

Two 100% black cotton t-shirts arrived in a plain white mailer a few weeks ago Fuck woke shirt. The “Just like the moon” t-shirt is a two-color (maybe) print on a heavy cotton t-shirt by Gildan and the Digital at Heart design is on a light cotton t-shirt by BELLA+CANVAS. The print on Digital at Heart is light and soft in a white and blue ink. They were individually wrapped.

The Digital at Heart design has the eponymous phase in a stylish white typography on the left and a circuit board-inspired heart image on the left. You know, where the heart is. It’s a clever design and well executed even if it doesn’t call out to me. It is something that I might wear but probably not something that I would buy.
