Goalie Cage Hold Faceoff Penalty Stick Hockey T-Shirt, hoodie, sweater, longsleeve and ladies t-shirt
To understand why some printed design fade we need to take a step back and understand how the printing process works and the different kind of printing methods Goalie Cage Hold Faceoff Penalty Stick Hockey T-Shirt . The most common printing method which almost all professional t shirt printing companies use is screen printing or silk screen. Now the most common form of printing ink being used in the industry are classic plastisol ink from brands such as UNION INK, Rutland or Amex. Now plastisol ink is made from rubber and for the ink to set it requires a certain temperature to cure and solidify to the t shirt fabric. In most cases printing companies use large tunnel dryers which heat the wet ink as it comes off the machine and cures the ink. This is by far the most important step of the finished printed t shirt product. If the curing process is not done right then your stylish printed tee which you brought from the store will fade away after the first wash since the ink has not solidified onto the t shirt. Typically most plastisol inks must reach a temperature of 320 degrees to fully cure. The main reason why the ink do not cure property is primarily the dryer is not working properly, temperature of the electric or gas dryer is not set correctly or to thin the plastisol ink to much (non curable) reducer is added. So how to know if a t shirt which I brought from the store will not fade? Now here is a trade trick which we will share with you. If you buy any printed garment and you stretch the design and if the design rips then you should know that the design has not cured properly and will wash or fade over time.If the design is cured properly and has solidified on to the garment then the print will not rip and your tee will last many washes.

Good outside work T-shirt
Bought these for working in my yard. They are just the right size (XL) and length. On me, the hem is down to the bottom of the front pocket openings on my jeans and the fit is slightly loose, not figure hugging.
I’m not sure what the definition of “heavy” is supposed to be. These seem to feel slightly thicker than the Hanes or Fruit of the Loom multi-pack white T-shirts you can buy at your local supermarket, but you can still easily see through them when held up to a sunny window, for example.
I waited to do this review until one shirt was washed to record the amount of shrinkage and see how the texture changed. New, they are almost silky in feel. Very nice. Once washed, they lose that and become slightly rougher, like any other T-shirt. After one wash, as shown by the photo of washed over top of new, they have lost maybe 1″-1.5″ on length, but the width change was minimal and the fit is still a loose XL. The color faded slightly also.
It’s a T-shirt and it’ll meet my intended use, but I wouldn’t say they were “special”

Super smurf blue
I look like a smurf!
Which is the look I was shooting for!!! With the bars closed I decided to go to a “smurf party” in the woods (told my wife I was workin late). I had no idea this was a freak show kinda event. There were a bunch of papa smurfs and a bunch more Smurfettes then I imagined and ordering this shirt in blue made me stand out as one of the top smurfs. Ill be ordering more in blue soon as mine is lost in the forest and the next event is coming up
