Healthy Sleep 6-7 Hours A Night shirt
Okay, here’s my take on the topic: Healthy Sleep 6-7 Hours A Night — I’ve been trying to get this right for ages, honestly. My brain feels like scrambled eggs if I don’t catch enough zzz’s, and it’s so easy to slip up. The other night, I was up until almost 2 AM, glued to some documentary about…well, it doesn’t even matter, the next day was a write-off. Seriously, just a complete fog. I’d stumble through my morning routine, everything taking twice as long, and I’d be absolutely useless in the afternoon. It’s this vicious cycle, isn’t it? You stay up late, then you’re tired, then you reach for coffee, which messes up your sleep even more the next night. It’s like a never-ending loop.

Then, there’s the pressure. Everyone online is always banging on about eight hours, right? And I used to beat myself up about not hitting that mark, feeling like I was some kind of sleep failure. But I realized, finally, that everyone’s different. My sister, she can bounce out of bed after six hours looking like she’s just won the lottery. I, on the other hand, need a little more time to truly function. Maybe six and a half or seven. And I’ve found a few little hacks that seem to help, like a cup of chamomile tea before bed, even though it tastes kind of like slightly floral dirt.

One thing that genuinely helped was ditching the phone in the bedroom. I used to scroll endlessly, doomscrolling myself into insomnia. I mean, all those news alerts and social media updates were just adding fuel to the fire. Now, I try to leave my phone in the living room, charging overnight, and read a proper book before sleep. It’s definitely improved the quality of my shut-eye, and the lack of blue light is just fantastic. Honestly, my eyes feel less strained in the morning. It’s also about consistency, I think. Try to go to bed and wake up around the same time every day, even on the weekends. I know, I know, it sounds ridiculously boring. But that kind of routine really helps regulate my body clock. Sometimes, it takes a couple of weeks to really see the benefits, and you will have those days you just can’t fall asleep. I have this awful habit of staring at the ceiling and ticking off my to-do list.
