Printing on T-shirts has been popular for several years I like it when she bends over but I love it when she tugs on my worm shirt . there are multiple reasons why designs are printed on T-shirts: Brand Logos, simple designs, pop culture, text, the list goes on, however the location of the designs are typically on the front and/or back of the T-shirt. This limitation has been lifted due to the production of tubular T-shirts, this specific type of T-shirt does not have side seams which allows designs to be printed on the side of T-shirts. Complex designs can now be wrapped around the side of T-shirts which in turn have now opened up different types of designed T-shirts. So many brands have now added in their range designs with printing on the side of the Fruit of the loom tubular t shirt to give a nice effect with half the design printed on the front and other half printing on the back side.

When it comes to distressed or getting a cool vintage look design then firstly the print option it to have it screen printed – so you can have this on t shirt, hoodies etc. There are number of ways of getting a distressed look in your artwork i.e. First easy way would be in Adobe Photoshop to apply a filter to give that distress look or alternatively you can apply a distress layer which you can apply on top of your solid design to get that effect. Once the film is printed and screen is burnt then the result after printing will be as shown in the image. So the trick and key is getting the artwork right in a vintage distressed look.
