This t-shirt arrived last week all the way from sunny California to sunny Okinawa The Brook T-Shirt . It’s a black 100% cotton t-shirt. The printed label says “Made in America”. I don’t know for sure but it feels like an Anvil/Gildan t-shirt. It’s a little heavy and not all that soft. On the other hand, the ink is surprisingly soft considering the white and red is so vibrant on the black t-shirt. It’s a little bit shorter, heavier, and looser than a standard American Apparel t-shirt.

There is a logo on the front of the t-shirt but the main design is on the back, so I will focus on that The Brook T-Shirt . The white and red colors look good on the back and the composition of the design works. The content of the design, however, has no meaning for me and therefore doesn’t interest me. It might spark a conversation but if I were wearing it and someone asked me about it I would just say that I don’t know what it’s about.OK, I’ll be direct here. I don’t understand the design. I have a feeling it’s just garbage with no real meaning (feel free to enlighten me). I live in Japan where they love to put English text on t-shirts. The meaning is not important but rather how the words look or even in some cases what the individual words mean. If I had seen someone wearing this in my neighborhood, I would have just thought to myself “there we go again with the nonsensical English t-shirts”.

Great value. Didn’t shrink
My husband doesn’t normally wear tee-shirts. He is recovering from shoulder surgery and needed some comfortable soft tees to wear under his arm sling that he wears constantly for 8 weeks. These are roomy and didn’t shrink. They are 100% cotton and are soft. You get two for a great price. Buy several!!

Awesome shirts!
These shirts are great. There are many reviews stating that they are not heavyweight but they are much heavier than the regular ones. Also, I would order one size larger than normal because they do shrink in the wash. I purchased the white and they are very bright and not faded at all and unlike many T-shirt’s, they are not too narrow but just the right width. Definitely worth purchasing.

Great t-shirt. Great value
When asked why do I wear a black t-shirt 365 days a year I respond, “because they don’t make anything darker”. Needless to say I own a bunch of black t-shirts. This brand, for fit, durability, comfort, warmth, and value for your dollar, is as good as most any I own and I own a bunch of these. 100% satisfied

Very comfortable shirts for the price but really wish it offered two different colors instead two of the same
