Most bomber jackets are thick and have several linings, but ours is made with only one simple, nylon layer, meaning you can wear it all year round! Since nylon is a newer fabric to the blanks industry, we spent a long time perfecting the design and testing it to ensure it’s ready for all kinds of printing and embellishments. <span style="color: #555555; font-size: 14 The Mountain Goats T-Shirt .4px;”>Generally, the biggest concern when heat transfer on nylon is scorching and ruining the finish of the nylon fabric. And the magic number you most often have to keep in mind is 320 degrees. For most nylon products, you will want to keep your temperature below that number. But, as John points out in the video below, the quality of the kingteeshops bomber jacket is so high that it holds up well under that temperature using the Stahls products. With that said, please ensure you do your own testing to determine the best temperature that works with your machine and application. Another great feature of our bomber is that it’s single lined. This is really important for a variety of decorating techniques, but when it comes to heat printing, it’s great because it doesn’t slide around on the machine.

Screen Printing is the more flexible method as far as what can be printed on. Using Screen Printing, most fabric blends can have your design printed on them. This includes custom clothing and a variety of items as well, such as backpacks, canvas shopping bags, and most materials that can fit flat on the pallet that the screen goes on top of. Screen Printing is also the better option if your project requires printing on a dark material, as the plastisol inks used for this printing method show up well on dark fabric.

Very comfortable.
very nice material. fits perfectly. i bought it to use for a cosplay and was pleasantly surprised to see two shirts, i didn’t see that it was a two pack haha not complaining tho now i have the shirt for my cosplay and a really nice plain green shirt.

Consistently good shirts
shirts are well made. I always know what to expect when I order this brand. I ordered the XL size which is a little big but I expect it to shrink to fit better after the first wash. I plan to iron on some designs on these.
