REFUNDS,RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At KingTeeShop, your satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are made to order, we handle returns and refunds differently than traditional retailers. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Policy

All of our items are custom-printed and made just for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Choosing the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Ordering the wrong item or color

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering. If you have questions, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Not what you ordered (wrong design, color, or size)

You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide your order number

  • Send clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Email us at: support@kingteeshop.com

We will respond within 24–48 hours to resolve the issue.

3. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your package appears lost in transit or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

  • Contact us if the tracking hasn’t updated after 25 business days

Once confirmed, we’ll offer a free replacement or a refund.

📦 Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

4. Returns

We do not accept physical returns, even for damaged items, due to the nature of print-on-demand fulfillment. If approved, replacements or refunds will be issued without requiring the item to be returned.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed to your original payment method

  • Reflected within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order — after that, we begin production and cannot cancel.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong or defective product, we will ship a replacement free of charge. If you ordered the wrong item or size, you will need to place a new order.

8. Final Sale Items

All clearance or promotional items marked Final Sale are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
